What CatalogBot does
CatalogBot reads product pages and catalog data, including product names, descriptions, prices, availability, images and variants. Catalog operates the crawler as part of its product-data services, including requests initiated by customers through the Catalog API.
How collected content is used
Collected product data can be retained, structured, enriched and returned through Catalog's services. It supports merchant catalog management, product discovery and AI shopping applications, beyond the individual request that collected it.
